7-Day Return Window

You may return any item within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you within 3–5 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items returned after the 7-day window

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no extra cost.
